About the Role

You’ll assist with the operation and maintenance of our binding and finishing equipment—perfect binders, saddle stitchers, folders, cutters, laminators, and more. This is hands‑on work where you’ll help ensure every job is completed accurately, on time, and to specification. We work hard and move fast, and we’re a collaborative team that takes pride in quality and serving our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with operation of perfect binders, saddle stitchers, coil/comb binders, folders, and guillotines
• Perform die cutting, laminating, and other finishing work
• Operate paper drills, scorers, and perforators as needed
• Verify all jobs meet client specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues to the production manager
• Keep detailed production records
• Assist with quality control checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and adhere to all safety protocols

What You Bring

• 1‑2 years of bindery/finishing production experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in operating binding and finishing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of binding materials and processes preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
