We are seeking an experienced and motivated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role over the next 18 months.

Position Overview

This position includes a combination of in-office patient care and telemedicine visits
. The ideal candidate is passionate about women’s health, enjoys educating and empowering patients, and values a relationship-based approach to care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants to practice in an environment that prioritizes quality, connection, and whole-person wellness rather than rushed appointments and high patient volume.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive, individualized women’s healthcare across the lifespan
  • Conduct both in-office and telemedicine visits
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of women’s health concerns
  • Prescribe and monitor hormone therapy and GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate
  • Educate and empower patients regarding hormonal health, preventive care, nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness
  • Develop personalized care plans using an evidence-based and integrative approach
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to optimize each patient’s health and wellness
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered practice culture
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Nurse-Midwifery program
  • Certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
  • Current and unrestricted Virginia license appropriate to the candidate’s professional designation
  • Autonomous practice authority in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in women’s health
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals
  • Commitment to compassionate, personalized, evidence-based care
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience prescribing and monitoring hormone therapy for women
    , including assessment, individualized treatment planning, follow-up, and ongoing management
  • Experience prescribing and monitoring GLP-1 medications
    , including patient selection, education, follow-up, and medication management
  • Background or experience in integrative or functional medicine preferred, but not required
  • Experience providing care through telemedicine
  • Interest in preventive health, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and whole-person wellness
  • Experience working in a private or cash-based healthcare practice
