Sales Representative Steel Building Construction Structures

Job Description

We are seeking a highly self‑motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position focuses on the sales and promotion of pre‑engineered steel buildings, post‑and‑beam structures, conventional framed structures, residential builds, agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects
.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and community functions to promote the company
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success

• Experience in construction sales preferred (steel buildings or similar industry a plus)
• Knowledge of government contracting and bidding processes is beneficial
• Computer proficiency (CRM tools, project software, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with a driven, goal‑oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
