Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Purcellville, VA. In this role, the Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, maintain an in-depth knowledge of inventory, answer customer inquiries, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include processing sales transactions, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with other departments to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
• Familiarity with motor vehicles, parts, and accessories, or eagerness to learn about the industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with sales or point-of-sale systems
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience in retail or a related field is preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
