Overview

General Description: As a Striping Foreman you will lead pavement marking crews on commercial and residential projects throughout the Northern VA and Maryland area. You will work as part of a team to deliver quality work performing the following tasks. This position may also require routine repair and maintenance of equipment in addition to other duties.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, direct, and supervise a striping crew
  • Operate and maintain airless striping machines
  • Perform layout, line striping, and stenciling
  • Read site plans and interpret maps
  • May be called upon to run small power tools
  • Complete daily reports and manage materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Parking lot layout/pavement marking/striping experience
  • Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
  • Be able to work overtime when required
  • Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
  • Must have strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Communication skills: ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures
