Tom-Plumber is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. This role combines hands‑on plumbing expertise with customer consultation and estimating responsibilities. You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, develop solutions, prepare estimates, and help customers make informed decisions while supporting successful project execution.

Journeyman License Preferred But Not Required For Qualified Candidates.

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Able to read plans/blueprints and understand project specs
• Organized, reliable, strong follow‑through
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing systems and recommend solutions
• Build and present estimates, bids, and change orders
• Communicate scope clearly with customers and internal teams
• Get competitive quotes from vendors/subcontractors
• Follow up on open/unsold estimates
• Support purchasing and field teams as projects move forward
• Follow safety standards and plumbing/building codes
• Attend meetings and mentor other plumbers as needed

• Able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work from heights
• Able to work in hot/cold weather, confined spaces, loud environments
• Wears PPE as required
