Job DescriptionPer Diem position that requires attention to detail, quick response and customer service. The ability to read and set a floor plan and follow detailed direction. Be able to execute set up and break down and basic janitorial duties.
Duties/Responsibilities- Read and follow floor plans
- Set floor plans and break down floor plans
- Customer Service skills
- Move furniture from one room to the next
- Keep accurate inventory of furniture and supplies used
- Assists Events Facilities assistant with sets and floor plans
- General janitorial duties
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to work weekends and late nights, With the ability to work over nights
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least two years’ related experience required.
Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
SalaryThe hourly salary for this position is $18.00
Hours ExpectationPer Diem up to 12 hours per event
