Event Producer

A‑V Services, Inc., a leading audiovisual solutions provider supporting Fortune 100 clients across the financial, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors, is seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our team. This role is responsible for producing and managing high-profile events from concept through execution while delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Manage all aspects of high-level events and conference production, including concept development, design, budgeting, scheduling, and show calling.
• Oversee audiovisual production elements, including audio, video, lighting, staging, and event technology.
• Design, implement, and support presentation systems, videoconferencing solutions, and event graphics.
• Coordinate technical planning, testing, rehearsals, teleconferences, and onsite production activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Manage project timelines and ensure the flawless execution of multimedia events.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders throughout all phases of the event lifecycle.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues before, during, and after events.
• Make informed decisions and respond effectively to challenges in live production environments.

• Excellent organizational, planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong client service and relationship management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage competing priorities.
• Experience with webcasting, IT infrastructure, and networking is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise while managing budget requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams, including Creative Services, Event Management, and Video Production.
• Strong logistics management and vendor coordination experience.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to evaluate and manage risk while exploring new approaches.
• Working knowledge of audiovisual systems, computer technologies, and troubleshooting methodologies.
