Altium Wealth – Client Service Associate

Altium Wealth is looking for a strategic professional to join our growing Client Service team. Our Client Service team directly impacts our client experience and is important to the success of the organization.

Important:
This position requires you to be in the office Monday-Friday.

What You’ll Do
  • You will serve as a liaison between clients and advisors, delivering quality service both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including documenting post-meeting follow-up.
  • Schedule meetings and send confirmation emails.
  • Use various applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, TD, Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete or coordinate client service and account maintenance requests.
  • Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to ensure client needs are met while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Manage client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitor it to ensure accuracy.
  • Process and track insurance maintenance requests for client policies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services.
  • 1+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel a plus).
  • Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
