The Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS) business, part of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Client Segments, provides consulting services to institutional investors—including corporations, foundations, endowments, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, insurers and Taft‑Hartley funds.

We work directly with financial advisors and partners to drive asset growth via scalable, centralized infrastructure and service models.

The IC Oversight Specialist will review and edit institutional client‑facing materials such as RFP responses, final presentations, board book materials and other written communications. The role supports a centralized Governance team, ensuring compliance with FINRA rules, internal policies, and evolving industry regulations.

• Review and edit written client‑facing materials for compliance with FINRA rules and internal policies.
• Utilize firm‑approved AI tools to enhance and streamline RFP responses and final decks.
• Collaborate with the CIC Centralized Oversight & Administration team and partners across CIC to address business, policy and strategic issues.
• Work with Legal, Compliance and Risk officers to maintain and update compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain a resource database/library of best practices and pre‑approved standardized content.
• Create template RFP responses for MSSB Advisors.
• Support the institutional central coverage prospect reservation system and resolve conflicts between advisors and consultants.
• Build and maintain familiarity with CIC offerings to inform effective content reviews.

• Four to six years of financial industry work experience; institutional consulting or workplace finance experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with FINRA written communication standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AI tools preferred.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.

We offer an attractive compensation package, with base pay ranging from $110,000 to $190,000 per year, plus commission, incentive and discretionary bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
