The Onboarding Project Manager will be part of the U.S. Public Equity Solutions group within the Morgan Stanley at Work organization. U.S. Public Equity Solutions service group is responsible for the engagement, onboarding, and day to day service management of corporate clients and their equity administration plan terms and associated service offerings. The candidate will work cross-functionally towards a goal of successful end-to-end delivery of onboarding projects bringing a willingness to do what it takes to get onboarding projects done in a timely and accurate manner.

The candidate will build exceptional relationships with both immediate and cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment focusing on all aspects of client readiness and support for clients as they move through the full lifecycle of implementation activities onto the Morgan Stanley at Work equity administration platforms. This position is responsible for the successful management of several concurrent projects.
