Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, strategic planning, and target-setting in support of North America priorities and enterprise financial objectives.
  • Own executive-level performance reporting, including QOR materials, variance commentary, KPI insights, and recommendations to improve revenue, profitability, efficiency, and growth.
  • Analyze INER performance, trends, and drivers, and partner with business and finance leaders to define, track, and execute management actions.
  • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, and sensitivity assessments to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate complex financial information into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and executive presentations that support decision-making, performance optimization, and execution of strategic priorities.
  • Partner with business development, regional teams, controllership, corporate FP&A, and global finance stakeholders to strengthen business outcomes and financial accountability.
  • Maintain a strong control environment through disciplined governance, policy compliance, SOX awareness, reporting integrity, risk management, and audit support.
  • Champion AI adoption across NAM Finance by identifying practical use cases, embedding AI-enabled tools into FP&A workflows, and improving productivity, analytics, and decision support.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior management, bringing financial expertise, commercial judgment, and enterprise perspective to strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Build strong relationships across functions and geographies, influencing stakeholders through clear communication, analytical rigor, and executive presence.
  • Lead and develop finance talent through coaching, mentoring, capability building, succession planning, and exposure to strategic projects.
  • Foster a high-performing culture grounded in accountability, inclusion, collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution.
All About You
  • Experience leading FP&A, forecasting, performance management, and decision support in a complex, matrixed, growth-oriented organization.
  • Strong business partnership skills with the ability to connect financial insights to business strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced capability in financial modeling, scenario planning, variance analysis, KPI management, QOR preparation, and executive storytelling.
  • Strong ownership, judgment, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
  • Experience with enterprise finance systems such as Oracle and Hyperion; experience with reporting tools, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
  • Significant finance experience required; payments, technology, financial services, or global matrixed experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
