Acture Solutions is looking for multiple motivated and service-minded IT Services Support Summer Interns to join our on-site support team within the education sector in Chappaqua, NY. As the IT Services Support Summer Intern, you will report directly to the Technology Operations Site Manager and contribute to a variety of hands‑on tasks that support the technology infrastructure in an educational setting:

• Light Spreadsheet Work:
  • Scan and catalog asset tags/district tags from retired or collected devices
  • Share data with the team for inventory updates
• Cable Setup:
  • Install/replace HDMI cables, docks, and remove obsolete cabling
  • Tasks may require ladder use and working in less‑than‑clean environments
  • Move, organize, and consolidate equipment
  • Dispose of unnecessary items and lift/move boxes around district buildings

• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
• Ability to lift boxes and navigate school buildings independently
• Previous experience in IT support is a plus, but not required

• Customer‑first mindset with a knack for solving problems
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues effectively

• Able to lift, move, and transport equipment
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working in active environments
