Director, Revenue Optimization & Planning – Value Enablement & Optimization (Global Role, based in Singapore, London, Dubai, NY, Waterloo, Lisbon, Bogota, Sao Paulo)
Position OverviewThis global role leads business analytics and pricing strategies to drive pre‑sales value quantification and supports the development of scalable tools. The Director will work at the heart of Mastercard’s business, shaping the Value Quantification effort across core payments services.
Role Responsibilities- Lead initiatives to uncover and quantify the value creation drivers across Core Payments services.
- Enable internal teams to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition to customers.
- Support development and optimization of pricing strategies through data‑driven insights.
- Act as a strategic partner to global and regional teams, ensuring alignment on goals.
- Oversee creation, optimization and management of value quantification, pricing and pre‑sales analytics tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of these tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CSC, Finance, etc., to gather requirements and align tools with business needs.
- Support go‑to‑market initiatives with analytical tools and frameworks.
- Develop actionable insights from business analytics and pricing models.
- Create clear, compelling presentations and reports to communicate the impact of tools.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Ensure alignment with Mastercard’s business goals and objectives.
- Dual expertise in business analytics and product management; extensive experience quantifying services and developing data‑driven insights.
- Deep understanding of pre‑sales processes and pricing strategies.
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics or data science are preferred.

Pay Ranges- New York City, New York: $185,000 – $296,000 USD
- Purchase, New York: $177,000 – $284,000 USD
