Administration Staff Member

We are seeking an Administration Staff Member for our client IT Media Office to provide on-site support during a maternity leave cover from April 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025 (end date subject to change). This role involves maintaining and supporting the school's IT systems, network, and hardware, liaising with vendors and developers, managing user accounts, and assisting faculty, staff, students, and parents with IT-related needs.

The position requires strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the school's IT systems, network, and hardware
• Liaise with vendors and developers
• Manage user accounts and assist with troubleshooting
• Provide IT support for faculty, staff, students, and parents

Requirements:

• Term:
  April 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025 (End date subject to change)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday
• Japanese-English bilingual preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Several years of work experience
• Proficiency in computer technology (IT technician skills not required)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
