Franchise Growth & Enablement is seeking a Director, Customer Data & Asset Strategy, responsible for advancing business ownership, governance, and technology enablement of customer data and franchise asset management capabilities across the enterprise. The role partners with Regional Franchise Growth & Enablement leads, Franchise Innovation, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate regional needs into scalable platform capabilities, improve the consistency and control of core customer and asset data, and support systems including My Company Manager, Company Onboarding Manager, and Company Admin.

The role also supports governance of the Franchise asset stack, including ICAs and BINs, with emphasis on data quality, lifecycle controls, documentation, audit readiness, and sustainable BIN supply. The Director supports the global 2-series BIN plan, contributes to next-generation BIN and ICA use cases, and helps implement automated, customer-consented data maintenance to improve accuracy, timeliness, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

The responsibilities of this role will predominantly be:

  • Sustainable BIN supply management
  • 2-series BIN ubiquity
  • Next-generation BIN and ICA use cases
  • Automated customer data updates

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire;

Pay Ranges

Purchase, New York: $151,000 - $249,000 USD

Arlington, Virginia: $151,000 - $250,000 USD

Miami, Florida: $131,000 - $217,000 USD

O'Fallon, Missouri: $131,000 - $217,000 USD
