Procurement Senior Manager (MRO Services)
The Procurement Senior Manager (MRO Services) serves as the North America Procurement lead for manufacturing line services across Pepsi Co Foods and Beverages, managing approximately $220 million in spend. As Global Procurement expands ownership of service agreements, this position will drive sourcing strategies aligned to global standards while partnering closely with North America Supply Chain and Maintenance teams to define service requirements and deliver operational value.
The role will collaborate with Global Capital Procurement to leverage synergies across OEM agreements while leading North America's non-OEM service supplier relationships. In addition, this position will drive optimization of spare parts tail spend through supplier and SKU harmonization. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership and engagement across Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, Capital, and Procurement teams to deliver strategic sourcing solutions that support Pepsi Co's manufacturing network.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or Business required.
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with strong contract management and negotiation skills.
- Experience sourcing MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) services, manufacturing services, facilities services, or other indirect service categories within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence, thrive in a matrix organization working across regions and functions and build trusting relationships internally and externally to deliver results and gain alignment on key decisions.
