Overview

The Procurement Senior Manager (MRO Services) serves as the North America Procurement lead for manufacturing line services across Pepsi Co Foods and Beverages, managing approximately $220 million in spend. As Global Procurement expands ownership of service agreements, this position will drive sourcing strategies aligned to global standards while partnering closely with North America Supply Chain and Maintenance teams to define service requirements and deliver operational value.

The role will collaborate with Global Capital Procurement to leverage synergies across OEM agreements while leading North America's non‑OEM service supplier relationships. Additionally, this position will drive optimization of spare parts tail spend through supplier and SKU harmonization. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional leadership and engagement across Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, Capital, and Procurement teams to deliver strategic sourcing solutions that support Pepsi Co's manufacturing network.

Responsibilities
  • Lead RFP Analysis, Contract Negotiation & Legal Contract Creation for NA.
  • Establish technician capabilities, labor rates, line efficiency requirements and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework in contracts for manufacturing line services based on global standards and harmonized parameters.
  • Develop and enable implementation of tactics for AOP and long‑term pipeline to deliver 4% YoY productivity.
  • Supplier Relationship Management with engagement based on supplier segmentation across the breadth of service offerings and innovation opportunities, including leveraging technology for predictive line performance and remote vs onsite technical support.
  • Prioritize NA spare parts tail‑spend analysis by sub‑categories with S&T and Mexico Capability Center, then develop a roadmap to expand and manage whitespace spend and build on productivity pipeline.
  • Take decisions on day‑to‑day executional issues, identify risks and escalate challenges to line management.
  • Communicate clearly complex internal or external (macro or geo‑political) business challenges, driving consensus among various stakeholders in market, COEs, etc.
  • Interface with LG1+ Sector Manufacturing Leaders.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 and $206,750.
  • Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary; recruiters can share more specific salary information during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and/or Business required.
  • Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with strong contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience sourcing MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) services, manufacturing services, facilities services, or other indirect service categories within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence, thrive in a matrix organization working across regions and functions, and build trusting relationships internally and externally to deliver results and gain alignment on key decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with thought leadership that drives strategy setting and execution.
  • Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving skills, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator with ability to win support, minimize or remove barriers that get in the way of achieving results, and leverage understanding of key business drivers in parts sourcing to deliver results.
