Director, Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Manages the full scope of Mastercard’s supply chain to effectively meet business needs while mitigating risk.
• Develops and executes global sourcing strategies, assesses and manages supplier risk, provides payment solutions, and grows supplier diversity.
• Manages the supply base across designated categories, business units, markets, and/or regions to reduce cost and maximize value.
• Provides expertise on market conditions, industry trends, category/product knowledge and emerging supply options.
• Partners across Sourcing, Third Party Risk Management, and all business and finance functions to understand spend data, future demands, obligations, and business needs, and develops sourcing strategy and implementation plans for regions.
• Strengthens relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Progresses and administers procure-to-pay policies through training, transparency, and reporting.
• Contributes to the strategic sourcing process by analyzing spend, defining requirements, developing strategies, authoring RFx's, and negotiating contracts to improve supplier performance and mitigate risk.
• Manages improvement initiatives.
• Has deep knowledge of sourcing, risk, and legal processes.
• Negotiates large transactions.

• Experience in Real Estate Management (a plus).
• Experience developing & managing senior & key stakeholder category and regional relationships.
• Experience managing supply chains within business units, reducing costs and risks while improving value and efficiencies.
• Experience successfully developing & implementing business unit strategies to enable spend management, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
• Experience executing sourcing transformation projects and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing sourcing processes and operations.
• Experience with Risk Management.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy, the successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions. Purchase, New York: $125,000 – $207,000 USD
