Overview
This role is a part of the Global Foods Group marketing team with responsibilities to drive key consumer engagement initiatives for Foods brands including establishing Global Creator Network, Activating F1 campaigns in collaboration with anchor markets, supporting the expansion of our culinary content hubs and launching marketing capability programs for global foods.

- Drive GFG’s development of a Global Creator Content Network to develop strategy and execution of creator‑led content development with strategic anchor markets and key global brands— with near term focus on Doritos and expanding into Lay’s, and Cheetos within Y2. Will create the model for all anchor markets to follow to drive greater meaning and differentiation from digital/social content while driving increased efficiency and effectiveness from media spend.
- Build successful creator agency model in 4 pilot markets and ensure consistent & effective streamlining of creator‑led content production aligned to localized priorities and activities calendars.
- Collaborate with creator COE to establish a comprehensive measurement framework to monitor creator engagements and track impact on media, brand and ROI metrics.
- Partner with global foods marketing teams on activating major global campaigns including F1, Doritos Loaded Cheetos brand love & NLNG across all participating anchor markets through employing existing tech capabilities, access to JBP partners, collaboration with partner agencies and leveraging content studios to address requirements from markets around content development & localization, media activation ideas & media sufficiency.
- Support Pepsi Co culinary discoverability efforts to maintaining & scale multiple culinary focused owned channels on the web and on social media under the FLVR brand name. (Tiktok, Instagram, YT, Pinterest & FLVR website)
- Support an always‑on global‑led media culinary campaign to drive higher reach, awareness & intent to use in recipes with consumers while gaining tangible SOV within the online culinary conversation.
- Collaborate with One PEP media team and JBP partners to build comprehensive support plans & benefits packages for global foods priorities:
Culinary, F1, Football & Brand Love. - Lead strategy to accelerate adoption & democratization of marketing tech capabilities including Gen‑AI, to enhance insights/trends mapping, elevate creativity & content production and brand discoverability.
- Support implementation of holisticcapability programming calendar for the International Foods Team focused both on learning interventions and coaching opportunities to upskill associates on PPG priorities of Growth Navigator, Iconic Brands, and Human Centricity.
- Lead external Awards process for the Intl. Foods team (Cannes: Jan. – Apr., Effies: Jun‑Sep., WARC Sep.
-Dec., FAB Jan.
-Mar.)
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
- Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on brand marketing, media strategy, or content development
- 5+ years' experience within consumer-packaged good industry, foods highly preferred
- Must have global market (beyond US) experience
- Experience building digital content development and delivery of multimarket strategies
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- Proven collaborative, strategic thinking and influencing capabilities across multiple functions.
- Experience working within a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent project and timeline management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Skills:
- MBA is preferred
- Global / multi‑market experience and interest/curiosity for learning about other countries/cultures
- Experience with influencers and/or influencer networks preferred
Percent Travel:
- 10-30%
