Overview
Mastercard’s Services organization drives growth by delivering innovative solutions. The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team offers loyalty, personalization, marketing services, and media programs. The Director of Commercialization will lead commercialization and go‑to‑market of key CA&E products and platforms in North America, including Mastercard Commerce Media, Marketing Services, Loyalty, and Personalization.
Responsibilities- Support expansion of the CA&E business across North America by aligning sales strategies with customer and market needs.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, and other teams to gather segment and customer needs and translate them into sales enablement deliverables such as proposals and RFPs.
- Customize product messaging for diverse customer segments and needs.
- Collaborate to produce compelling sales tools, training materials, resources, and content.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in product marketing, consulting or product management, with demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive business objectives.
- Strong business acumen and track record of delivering innovative, customer‑centric narratives.
- Strong communication skills for expectation and cross‑functional team alignment.
- Excellent writing skills and experience creating engaging decks and presentations.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills focused on results.
- Consultative mindset with ability to craft compelling, customer‑tailored narratives.
- Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.
- Creative problem‑solver able to generate innovative solutions and build alignment across teams.
- Growth‑oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
