This role on the National Food service Trade team is primarily responsible for the accounting of National customers within the Away From Home channel, with a focus on trade liabilities, while maintaining an effective and efficient control environment.

This is a hybrid role based in or Purchase, NY office. Responsibilities Prepare and record manual journal entries to ensure accuracy of financials for National Food service. Prepare balance sheet commentary with analytics on a periodic basis, and present performance to Director and Sr. Manager of team. Perform account reconciliations for customer trade liability accounts (i.e., Restaurants, Hotels and Recreation, Convenience & Gas etc.),

national account customer service and parts (ESM). Support KPMG and BPC audit requests and inquiries to ensure completion on a timely basis. Preparation of HFM reporting schedules (Q9). Provide financial oversight of EPM Trade payment system. Liaison for GBS comp defense operations. Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve productivity and efficiencies across the team, as well as support new initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required CPA required 2+ years of related experience This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
