Sales Producer – Workers’ Compensation Insurance (Hybrid | Purchase, NY)

Our client, a leading workers’ compensation insurance solutions provider serving businesses across New York State, is hiring a Sales Producer to join their growing team in Purchase, NY.
Since the early 1990s, this organization has built a dominant presence in the New York workers’ compensation market, managing multiple safety group programs backed by NYSIF and helping thousands of employers significantly reduce premiums while improving workplace safety and compliance. With ~$250M in revenue and 10 industry-focused safety groups, they are a true market leader in the space.
This is an entry-level to early-career sales opportunity ideal for someone hungry, competitive, and highly motivated by earnings potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and generate new business across targeted NY industries (retail, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, social services, wholesale, building materials, financial services, etc.)
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and warm lead follow-ups (approximately 30% of outreach is warm/inbound)
- Leverage a collaborative, team-selling approach — senior leadership supports you in closing deals until you’re confident independently
- Build long-term client relationships and develop your own book of business
- Sell primarily workers’ compensation and disability solutions, with the ability to expand into additional P&C lines

Ideal Background:
- Sales experience preferred (insurance not required — training provided)
- P&C license preferred but not required (company will sponsor licensing)
