Role

Relationship Manager – Private Market Focus – San Francisco, CA. Responsible for overseeing, servicing, cultivating and growing existing corporate client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for designated corporate clients and interacting with all Share works™ departments to ensure client expectations are met and satisfaction levels maintained.

• Proactively build partnership‑style relationships, maintaining contact with senior client stakeholders.
• Interact with various client stakeholders to solve problems, build strong partnerships, and uncover new opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing needs analysis and prepare specifications/gap analysis documents for new client functionality requests.
• Keep clients apprised of new product functionality relevant to their plan administration through Share works™.
• Foster client loyalty through Share works™’s standard interaction protocols and proactive retention initiatives, including client meetings, corporate communications, and quarterly partnership meetings.
• Understand and interpret Share works™ contracts and any client exceptions with respect to pricing, plan management, or service level commitments.
• Troubleshoot ad‑hoc client queries, conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions as required.
• Mentor colleagues on client interaction, communication tactics, and positioning strategies.
• Complete account reviews with the Director, Account Management.

• University degree or college diploma in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in an Account Management, Client Services, or Sales role.
• Experience in the equity or share‑plan industry, including group and retirement plans, is an asset.
• Licenses required: SIE, FINRA 7 & 63.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
• Demonstrated competency with common technology (email, internet, Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical, attention‑to‑detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced and evolving environment with ongoing learning opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time within and outside North America.

Base pay ranges from $110,000 to $185,000 per year, with additional commission, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other benefit programs as part of the total compensation package.
