Director, North American B2B Secular Shift Program Operations
We are looking for a Director to drive key vertical activities and capitalize on the B2B secular shift opportunity in North America.
Responsibilities- Program Management
- Drive execution of the North American B2B Secular Shift Vertical Strategy.
- Establish and facilitate the cadence of activities that drive alignment and milestone achievement.
- Build and maintain clear and predictive KPI reporting.
- Growth & Commercial Execution
- Facilitate initiatives that increase card adoption, activation, spend and acceptance at scale.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channels, and Partnerships to embed card‑led strategies into acquisition and portfolio management.
- Align with global product teams to build out capabilities that embed in key vertical technology solutions (construction & trades, B2C retail and restaurants, property & casualty insurance).
- Pilot, measure, and scale initiatives that drive sustained behavioral change.
- Customer & Market Insight
- Establish and facilitate the processes to gather industry and market data.
- Track competitive and fintech trends impacting vertical‑specific payment choices.
- Translate insights into differentiated value propositions and prioritized initiatives.
- Cross Functional Influence & Performance
- Align stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, risk, operations, and technology.
- Define KPIs tied to conversion, usage, spend growth, and profitability.
- Communicate progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Pragmatic change agent who thrives on turning long‑standing behaviors into meaningful growth.
- Program execution & accountability – experience driving enterprise programs across varied stakeholder groups.
- Urgency and momentum – operate with pace, prioritize, and push through obstacles.

All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks require adherence to security policies: confidentiality, integrity, incident reporting, and completion of mandatory security trainings.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $164,000 - $271,000 USD. Eligible for annual bonus or commissions.
