** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, guests, and vendors by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Operate the front desk post by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, and maintaining visitor logs.

+ Monitor entry points and lobby activity to help to deter unauthorized access and report concerns according to post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with onsite contacts and requesting public emergency services when needed.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk and report irregular activity per escalation procedures.

+ Answer phones, route calls, and provide directions and/or general assistance while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions in the lobby area.

+ Receive, document, and route deliveries and packages according to location procedures and chain-of-custody requirements.

+ Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation in a timely, accurate manner.

+ Support security-related drills and evacuations by providing directions, controlling lobby access as directed, and accounting for visitors when applicable.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
