** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support access control procedures for restricted areas in accordance with location policies.

+ Assist with security-related incident reports, visitor interactions, and/or escalated situations while maintaining professional communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + CPR certification is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
