Director of Software Engineering – responsible for modern front‑end web development with an emphasis on Adobe Experience Manager platforms.

• Lead development across the SDLC, including design, development, unit and integration testing, and support of digital application delivery.
• Perform technical analysis and delivery for key digital initiatives, including upgrades and enhancements of existing strategic applications.
• Collaborate with business units, vendor partners, and technical implementation teams (development, QA, infrastructure) to ensure technical implementations meet business needs.
• Create and maintain system, functional, and reference documentation.
• Adhere to and enhance coding and design standards, ensuring design and development align with best practices.
• Perform code reviews and enforce security best practices for third‑party code.

• 6–10 years of proven IT experience in hands‑on software development.
• Strong technologist with enterprise‑level application delivery experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe AEM platform.
• Strong skills in JavaScript and modern web frameworks (Angular, Ember, React, Vue, Bootstrap).
• Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and TDD.
• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of SOA, microservices, and design patterns.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Experience in Sports, Media or Entertainment is a plus.
• Adobe AEM certifications a plus.
• Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies.
• College or university degree in technology or related field.

Base salary range: $160,000 – $190,000 plus potential ICP bonus. Actual salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location.
