Responsibilities
- Voeren van kennismakingsgesprekken met deelnemers (hulpvragers) en vrijwilligers;
- Koppelen van deelnemers aan een geschikte vrijwilliger, met als doel een succesvolle match;
- Aanspreekpunt zijn voor vrijwilligers en het organiseren van intervisie- en themabijeenkomsten;
- Regelmatig contact onderhouden met het bestuur;
- Coachen, structureren en ondersteunen van vrijwilligers en deelnemers.
