• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• CPA certification not required
• Company support available for employees interested in pursuing CPA certification in the future

• 2-3 years of accounting experience required
• Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
• Internship or co-op experience in accounting, manufacturing, or operations finance is preferred

• Perform monthly close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Complete account reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support accounting and finance team initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies

• Previous experience in accounting, financial analysis, auditing, budgeting, or corporate finance is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, Quick Books, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, tax preparation, compliance, or internal controls is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, analytical thinking, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are well positioned for success as a Accountant.

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to review detailed financial documents and perform accurate data analysis.
• Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity and attention to detail throughout the workday.
