Symbiotic Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Shipping to provide essential administrative and operational support within a manufacturing environment. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, accurate inventory tracking, and effective communication across teams.

• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
• Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts, production entry, and inventory transfers within internal systems
• Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records across multiple systems
• Coordinate meetings, events, and company activities
• Provide customer service to internal teams and external partners, resolving inquiries efficiently
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Complete general administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and document handling
• Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry and administrative systems
