Sales Support Specialist

Worcester Manufacturing -  - Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Receive requests for quotations, purchase orders, change orders, adjustments, and cancellations from the sales team;
Customer Support:
Achieve and maintain rapport with customers to provide the best possible service;
System Maintenance:
Use various sales platforms to retrieve customer info, stock status, and order updates;
Coordination:
Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and intercompany personnel regarding matters requiring tact and resourcefulness;
Documentation:
Maintain files of active orders and post activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, partial shipments, and credit changes
