Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Specialist to join our team and oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from production to delivery. • Logistics & Inventory: Take charge of receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing packages, and managing all related documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping logs.
• Production Support: Pull and stage raw materials for production runs, and ensure all unused materials are properly returned to inventory.
• Quality Control: Prepare and deliver finished product samples to the lab for final quality checks.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate electronic and physical inventory records, and ensure all shipping and packaging supplies are stocked and ready.
• Safety & Compliance: Operate a forklift safely in compliance with OSHA regulations, and perform daily equipment inspections.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and ensuring a safe environment at all times.

  Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all post-compounding operations, packaging, and shipping activities.

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping/receiving is essential.
• Proficiency in operating a forklift and a strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience with inventory software and electronic record-keeping.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product identification and lot traceability.
• A proactive and organized approach to work.
