Control the proper application of solvent-based adhesives to moving material running through a reverse roll coating head;
Observe and adjust machine settings to achieve an even and consistent adhesive laydown on the material;
Monitor the wet adhesive application for coating flaws and make immediate corrections to maintain quality standards;
Refer to a computer screen that depicts the adhesive laydown in real time and use this information to fine-tune the process;
Carry out expeditious product changeovers to minimize downtime and maximize machine throughput
