Manufacturing & Warehouse Operator 1st Shift
We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented individual for a blended manufacturing and warehouse role. This position involves operating machinery, performing quality checks, handling inventory, and operating forklifts. You’ll support multiple departments and help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Use gauges, jigs, and measuring devices to inspect products
- Perform simple equipment setups and operate machinery
- Move materials and load/unload trucks using a forklift
- Assist with maintenance tasks and perform routine equipment checks
- Complete forklift inspections and safety documentation
- Support shipping/receiving functions and inventory counts
- Supply materials to manufacturing and assembly areas
- Prepare WIP and finished goods for transport (e.g., wrapping and strapping)
- Transport WIP, scrap, and non-conforming materials to appropriate areas
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Keep manufacturing and storage areas clean using 5S standards
- Perform all tasks with a strong focus on quality and safety
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/
Qualifications:
- Prior forklift or PIT experience preferred
- Basic mechanical and measuring skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Attention to detail, quality, and safety
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple departments
