Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities:
Perform high-grade TIG welds on custom metal assemblies, ensuring joint integrity and visually pristine finishes;
Self-inspection and quality assurance of finished work pieces using shop gauges prior to QA submission;
Maintain welding stations, machinery, and tools; clean and return gear after project completion;
Navigate the ERP system to track job progress and ensure production deadlines are met;
Collaborate with Lean leadership to identify bottlenecks and propose practical improvements
