, you will ensure that our medical devices meet the highest quality standards, contributing to the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Conduct inspections on medical devices to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges for accurate measurements.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to detect defects or inconsistencies.
  • Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality reports.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all products meet established specifications and customer requirements.
  • Support validation and verification processes for new and existing products.
  • Assist in the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to ISO and FDA standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
Skills and

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Technician in the medical device industry is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and FDA regulations related to medical devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
