This contract opportunity invites skilled School Social Workers or School Psychologists to provide vital services and collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications/

Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker or School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health and behavioral interventions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing counseling
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments to identify social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans and interventions
• Provide direct support and counseling to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs and promote inclusive learning environments
• Assist in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and behavior management
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of services provided
• Contribute to IEP/504 meetings and support special education processes
