Support students in grades 9-12 over a 36-week contract in or near Putnam, CT, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:Provide social work services to students in grades 9-12
Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans
Manage a caseload of around 15 students
Participate in team meetings and school-wide initiatives
Qualifications:CT School Social Worker License (071 certification) or equivalent in education
Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting with knowledge of grades 9-12 and a caseload of approximately 15 students
Strong communication, empathy, and ability to manage a caseload
