Part time School Social Worker

Support students in grades 9-12 over a 36-week contract in or near Putnam, CT, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Provide social work services to students in grades 9-12

• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans

• Manage a caseload of around 15 students

• Participate in team meetings and school-wide initiatives

• CT School Social Worker License (071 certification) or equivalent in education

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting with knowledge of grades 9-12 and a caseload of approximately 15 students

• Strong communication, empathy, and ability to manage a caseload

• Weekly direct deposit with next-day pay features coming soon, at rates 13% above market average
