Our client is a long‑standing textile products manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable service. With multiple facilities across the Pacific Northwest, we are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant, who plays a key role in supporting financial operations, improving processes, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

$85,000 – $100,000 per year

The Senior Accountant will support daily accounting activities, month‑end close, financial reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. This person will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial data and support business decision‑making.

• Lead and support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Review and mentor more junior team members
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist with external audits and work directly with auditors as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
• Experience with inventory, cost accounting, or multi‑entity environments is highly valued
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Base salary $85,000 – $100,000 dependent on experience
