Car Biller Clerk

Join the accounting team at Toyota of Puyallup, the #1 volume Toyota dealership in the Puget Sound! We are seeking a dependable, detail-focused Car Biller Clerk. This role is essential to keeping our dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring the accuracy, compliance and timely processing of our high-volume vehicle transactions.

As the Puget Sound’s sales volume leader, we expect a high level of precision and the ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.

• Audit vehicle deals for compliance, process bank paperwork (electronic and paper), and ensure all funding is secured.
• Balance debits/credits, maintain and reconcile accounting schedules, verify all deal data aligns with finance documentation in the DMS, and manage service warranty remittances.
• Communicate with Sales, Finance and management teams and work with the Office Manager to resolve discrepancies.
• Assisting with monthly commission reporting and other accounting/billing tasks as needed.

• At least 3 years of accounting/billing experience (automotive preferred)
• Methodical approach to handling sensitive data and ability to assist with monthly commission reporting
