Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Office Administrator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of performing daily office operations efficiently while supporting leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Ensure office procedures are organized and efficient
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of office administration experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
