Ensure complete and accurate patient admissions/registrations according to policy and regulatory requirements;
Obtain inpatient bed assignments and process admissions including arm banding and forms;
Pre-admit scheduled inpatient/outpatient/ambulatory patients to facilitate admissions;
Obtain direct admit information and enter reservations in the system;
Conduct bedside or telephone interviews to collect demographic, insurance, and third-party information; perform eligibility verification and resolve discrepancies
