Operations Manager
Korum Automotive Group is looking for a seasoned Parts Manager to join our Hyundai dealership in Puyallup, Washington.
The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring the achievement of both operational and financial performance goals. This role involves leading department staff and establishing effective processes that comply with best practices in purchasing and inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels, achieving target fill rates, competitive pricing of parts, merchandising, accurate sales recording, inventory control, and safeguarding assets.
The Parts Manager will work closely with the Service Department Manager to consistently provide exceptional service quality and ensure the availability of parts to support service operations. Additionally, this role will encourage and promote accessory sales in collaboration with the Vehicle Sales Departments to support the overall objectives of the Service Department.
Compensation is comprised of base pay + variable:
Estimated range: $107,00 to $138,600 Annually based on performance.
Desired Experience/
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two to four years of related experience
- Two years of previous supervisory experience
- Ability to learn and use the software provided by the dealership
- Ability to complete and maintain required factory certifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
