Tru Green Seattle South location is hiring interns to work within our Operations support function. As a summer intern, you will participate in a paid program designed to provide real‑world experience and prepare you for roles in a corresponding environment.

This position will start on March 10, 2026.

• Apply education to solve real‑world business problems
• Gain experience in a corresponding environment
• Learn about Tru Green’s products and services through hands‑on field experience
• Network and work under the direction of experienced professionals in your field
• Develop functional and technical skills
• Attend training focused on your career development
• Collaborate with peers and present to the executive leadership team
• Gain insights through 1:1 mentoring with an executive in your field
• Up to 24‑40 hours per week

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in an undergraduate degree program
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication & organization skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• High attention to detail
• Self‑motivated
• Time management skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple tasks

Regularly required to:

• Sit, stand and walk
• Use hands and arms to handle, feel or reach
• Speak and hear
• Use close vision abilities

Occasionally required to:

• Lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

Low to moderate

Minimal

Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

$27,669.00 - $51,188.00
