Resident Property Manager

Overview

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Resident Property Manager for a full-time storage position at Glacier West Location in Puyallup, WA. This position requires on‑site residency.

• Handles day to day operations of the facility.
• Provides excellent customer service experience.
• Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Performs daily site checks.
• Assists customers seeking storage units.
• Collects and processes payments.
• Contacts delinquent occupants.
• Performs daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conducts property inspections.
• Serves as primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.
• Adheres to cleaning standards of the property.
• Uses power tools as required.

• Experience in self‑storage, management, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently without on‑site supervision.
• Prior self‑storage experience a significant plus.
• Must pass alcohol/drug screening, background check, and possess a clean driving record.

Pay rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.
