We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while coordinating successful commercial restoration projects.

The Project Coordinator serves as a primary commercial point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, helping coordinate communication, contracts, scope documentation, billing readiness, and customer expectations. This role works closely with Project Managers, Operations, Audit, Accounting, and Leadership Teams to help ensure projects are delivered successfully from initial opportunity through final collection.

Responsibilities include managing new project opportunities and customer intake, building and maintaining relationships with customers, consultants, adjusters, and stakeholders, attending site meetings and providing project communication and updates, coordinating commercial service agreements, rate sheets, and scope documents, assisting with scope development, change orders, and project documentation, supporting project financial projections and maintaining version control of approvals, coordinating with Project Management regarding schedules, project expectations, and risks, ensuring required documentation is prepared for progress and final billing, assisting with customer follow-up and collection efforts, and representing SERVPRO® Team Friermuth professionally while maintaining compliance with company policies and brand standards.

What success looks like includes strong customer relationships and communication, organized and accurate project documentation, proactive problem-solving and ownership of outcomes, effective coordination between customers, operations, accounting, and leadership, timely documentation, billing readiness, and project closeout, and consistent protection of the SERVPRO® brand and customer experience.

Qualifications include experience in restoration, construction, project coordination, property management, insurance, or related fields preferred, strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems, high attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

Base salary + performance-based commission:
The salary listed reflects the base salary portion of the compensation package. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based commission opportunities tied to successful project outcomes, customer satisfaction, and profitable project execution. Commission opportunities are designed to reward strong individual contribution, accountability, and project success. A general overview of the compensation plan will be provided during the hiring process.
