Minimum Requirements:
· WA State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
· Permanent residence within 45 minutes of Puyallup, WA.
· 3+ years of construction management experience.
· Ability to read and understand construction plans and assemblies.
· Computer skills:
Word, Excel, Teams, Project, Sage Estimating.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Construction Management Degree or Certificate.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Business. Compensation and Benefits: · $80,000 to $105,000 annual salary
· Annual bonus based upon individual and company performance
