In this role, you will manage the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring homes meet both company standards and customer expectations. You will oversee each phase of construction, maintain a clean and safe job site, conduct homeowner orientations, and manage inventory homes throughout the process.
Responsibilities- Manage the entire construction process from start to finish to deliver high-quality homes on time and on budget.
- Oversee each phase of construction, maintain a clean and safe job site, and conduct homeowner orientations.
- Manage inventory homes throughout the construction process.
- At least 2 years of experience in residential construction management.
- Strong on-site project management skills with a history of driving multi-trade production on schedule.
- Valid driver’s license; driving is an essential function of the position.
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $110,000 commensurate with experience
- Additional Compensation: 10% annual bonus opportunity, $200 bonus per home paid bi-weekly, monthly phone and car allowance.
